Billing questions
Can I try Done-Deal before paying?
New accounts start with a trial — you can create transactions and use the platform before entering payment details. The app’s Billing page shows where your trial stands.
How does a CTM eContracts agent transfer to Done-Deal?
It's a guided, self-serve process — no waiting on a migration team. Open the transfer wizard at Imports > Switching from CTM?, run the one-click bookmarklet in your own CTM tab, and it pulls your closed deals over automatically. You review and confirm everything in a reconciliation step before it's written to Done-Deal, so nothing imports without your sign-off.
What happens to Reme if my add-on lapses?
Your data stays put. Reme simply stops working new items — transactions, forms, e-signing, and documents all continue under Forms & Contracts.
Do I need the AI TC add-on to use Done-Deal?
No. Forms & Contracts runs on its own for $45/month (or $450/year). Add the AI TC add-on any time you want Reme working every file, for $57/month (or $600/year).
